What does an individual session look like?
We meet in the cosy space of Leśniczówka. After a short conversation and warm-up, we tailor the practice to your specific needs. Gradually, you learn to work consciously with your own body, breath, and mind.
Together, we unravel the art of mindful interaction with body, breath, and mind.
Our journey focuses on balance, leaving you with a sense of pure well-being. I’ll also impart insights into strengthening, regenerative, and relaxation methods. Beyond the mat, I’ll guide you in integrating yoga’s benefits into everyday life.
About me and individual sessions:
My journey with yoga began over 14 years ago and seems destined to last forever :).
My teaching focuses on personalised, harmonising practice. What matters most to me is that each person engages at their own pace, in sync with body and mind.
After a journey to Bali to do the Svastha Yoga Teacher Training Program (Yoga Alliance RYS 200), I primarily guide individual or small group classes as this approach feels the most impactful and purposeful to me. I love sharing knowledge about how to consciously improve one’s physical and mental well-being and watching how my students’ body awareness changes and seeing them filled with strength, joy, and laughter at the end of each session.
