In 2008, with a vision to revive the allure of Goral culture, we crafted Ziębówka in an authentic “Zakopane style.” Honouring tradition, our skilled artisans delicately carved the Goral “leluja” (lily) using pocketknives, while the traditional ceramic stove graces the centre of the house. Original Eastern fabrics adorn the floors, setting the stage for leisurely meals.

Our restaurant boasts two menus: one steeped in time-honoured family Goral (Highlander) recipes, the other a celebration of the seasons, evolving every few months to highlight the finest fresh ingredients.
