Leśniczówka’s rooms’ interiors are the result of a constant quest for beautiful things and are a captivating fusion of beauty from distant lands such as Iran to the Podhale region of Poland and the renowned Grzegórzki flea market in Krakow.
Mama Marysia, Zosia, and Karolina delight in harmonising styles with exquisite, handmade, and timeless treasures.
The male family members collect woodcuts, graphics, and antique Podhale furniture. Artist and carpenter Mietek from Koniówka crafts our contemporary furnishings, while the girls venture to Iran for unique, handwoven carpets and Persian kilims.
Oriental fabrics have long been a part of Polish interior decoration, including those in the Zakopane style. Each room boasts authentic Persian carpets or kilims, antiques, botanical graphics, the aroma of wood, and captivating views of the mountains or forests :).
