2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

Login and personal data entry locations are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works in one direction – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a modern standard for storing user passwords.

The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which, in particular, means regular updates of programming components.

3. Hosting
The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on servers provided by cyberFolks.pl.
4. Your rights and additional information about data usage

In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you or for the fulfilment of obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This concerns such groups of recipients:

  • Hosting company based on entrustment
  • Authorised employees and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the site’s operation

Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be stored longer than necessary to perform actions related to them as specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • Deletion,
  • Restriction of processing,
  • And data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing specified in point 3.3 c) with regard to the processing of personal data for the purpose of legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the objection will not be possible if there are important legitimate grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular for establishing, investigating, or defending claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, about the actions of the Administrator.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the Service.

Actions involving automated decision making, including profiling, to provide services under the concluded contract and for direct marketing by the Administrator, may be taken concerning you. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that they are not sent outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

The Service may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

In some cases, the Service may save information facilitating the connection of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the url address of the page containing the form.

Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to complete the service request process or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form in a clear manner inform about its purpose.

6. Administrator’s logs
Information about user behaviour on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for the purpose of administering the Service.
